Foremost Consultants is based in Singapore and provides construction commercial and contractual management solutions to parties involved in the construction industry across the Asia Pacific region.
Our experienced personnel can assist throughout the project cycle from pre-contract stage and procurement through to post contract activities. This includes project and commercial management advice, contractual advice, claims management and contract administration. We can also assist with final account closure and support for dispute resolution and expert witness services if necessary.

OUR PRINCIPAL
Mr David Shuttleworth
David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS) and Chartered Builder (CIOB) with more than 40 years experience gained on worldwide construction projects with further qualifications in arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
He has extensive experience in preparation and defence of claims, commercial management, position & strategy reports and provision of contractual advice with respect to building, civil engineering, infrastructure & transportation, tunnelling and petrochemical projects.
He has provided support to Clients in a number of Security of Payment (SOPA) cases in Singapore.
He has also provided Expert Witness services on a number of quantum disputes including arbitration and litigation cases.
